A calming 60-minute practice beginning with a gentle warm-up and a nourishing floor flow. We rise into a slow, alignment-focused standing sequence that supports balance and grounding, before easing into a soothing cool down and a tranquil shavasana.

A bright 60-minute practice beginning with a gentle warm-up and a smooth floor flow. We rise into a standing sequence with 1-2 balance poses, then repeating the full flow two more times on each side to build rhythm and confidence. Class moves to a final standing sequence before easing into a calming cool down and restful shavasana.

A strong 60-minute practice beginning with a warm-up and a heat building floor flow. We then rise into a short Sun A and a grounding Sun B, followed by a focused plank series to activate and strengthen the core. Class moves into a steady Sun C before easing into a cooling sequence and finishing in a grounding shavasana.

A deeply restorative practice designed to help you slow down, soften and release long-term tension. Expect to hold each pose for 3-5 minutes, giving your muscles time to loosen and your nervous system space to reset. Designed to work deeper into thee muscle through passive opening, you will leave feeling grounded, restored and spacious.

A fiery, athletic yoga sculpt class designed to build heat and stamina. We begin with a warm-up and move into a power flow that gradually elevates the heart rate and activates the full body. From there, we dive into three HIIT blocks, alternating between strength training and cardio to challenge endurance, power and control. Class winds down with a short cool-down and settles into a centering shavasana to close.

A full-body mat pilates beginning with a standing warm-up, then moving into targeted arm and leg work. On the floor, we flow through a plank series, glute and hip glute strength and mobility, and deep core work. Expect constant core engagement, strength and mobility throughout. Class ends with a short cool down and soft shavasana.
